Visible Auto Lab Vehicle Wrap Giveaway — Official Rules

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE OR PAYMENT WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED.

1. SPONSOR

This contest (“Contest”) is sponsored by Visible Auto Lab, located at 11101 Park Charlotte Blvd, Suite A, Charlotte, NC 28273 (“Sponsor”).

2. CONTEST PERIOD

The Contest begins at 12:00 AM Eastern Time on October 1, 2025, and ends at 11:59 PM Eastern Time on October 25, 2025 (the “Contest Period”).

Entries must be received by the end of the Contest Period to be eligible. The winner will be announced one (1) week after the Contest ends.

3. ELIGIBILITY

This Contest is open only to legal residents of North Carolina (NC) and South Carolina (SC) who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry and who possess a valid driver’s license.

Employees, officers, and directors of the Sponsor, its affiliates, advertising agencies, and immediate family or household members of those individuals are not eligible to enter or win.

Void where prohibited or restricted by law.

4. HOW TO ENTER

There are two (2) ways to enter:

(a) Online or In-Person Entry

Eligible entrants may complete an official entry form either:

Online through the Sponsor’s designated registration form during the Contest Period, or

In-person at the Visible Auto Lab grand opening event before the Contest end date.

All entries must include the entrant’s full name, valid email, phone number, and mailing address.

Limit one (1) entry per person during the Contest Period, regardless of method of entry. Duplicate or fraudulent entries will be disqualified.

(b) Mail-In Entry (Alternate Method of Entry)

To enter without submitting online or in-person, mail a 3”x5” card containing your full name, address, city, state, ZIP code, email, and phone number to:

Mail-in entries must be postmarked by October 25, 2025, and received by October 30, 2025.

All entries received via mail are treated equally to online and in-person entries.

5. PRIZE

One (1) winner will receive a full vehicle wrap valued at $4,000 USD (including parts and labor).

The wrap includes professional installation and material from one of the following brands:

3M, Avery, or Cheetah Wrap.

The prize does not include any of the following:

Body work, paint correction, dent or scratch repair

Chrome deletes or paint protection film (PPF)

Design modifications beyond standard wrap options

The vehicle must be in good condition, free of rust, damage, or aftermarket coatings that would affect installation. The wrap must be applied at the Sponsor’s facility at the address above.

The prize is non-transferable, has no cash value, and cannot be substituted except at Sponsor’s discretion for a prize of equal or greater value.

6. WINNER SELECTION AND NOTIFICATION

The winner will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received during the Contest Period. The drawing will take place approximately one (1) week after October 25, 2025.

Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.

The potential winner will be notified by email or phone using the contact information provided at entry. If the potential winner cannot be reached within five (5) business days, declines the prize, or is found ineligible, an alternate winner may be selected at Sponsor’s discretion.

7. CLAIMING THE PRIZE

The winner must schedule and complete the wrap installation within six (6) months of being notified. Failure to schedule or complete installation within that timeframe will result in forfeiture of the prize.

The winner must sign a Vehicle Wrap Release Agreement prior to installation acknowledging that:

Sponsor is not responsible for existing vehicle defects,

Sponsor is not liable for damages resulting from improper vehicle condition, and

The wrap’s maintenance and removal are the responsibility of the vehicle owner.

8. PUBLICITY RELEASE

By entering, participants grant the Sponsor permission to use their name, likeness, image, voice, vehicle photos, and/or statements for advertising and promotional purposes, in any media worldwide, without compensation, except where prohibited by law.

9. GENERAL CONDITIONS

By participating, entrants agree to:

Be bound by these Official Rules and Sponsor’s decisions, which are final;

Release Sponsor, its affiliates, employees, and agents from all liability arising from participation or prize use; and

Acknowledge that the Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, or misdirected entries, or any technical errors beyond its control.

Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify anyone who tampers with or abuses the entry process or violates these rules.

10. TAXES

All federal, state, and local taxes associated with the prize are the sole responsibility of the winner. The winner may be required to complete a Form W-9 and will receive a Form 1099 if required by law.

11. GOVERNING LAW

This Contest and these Official Rules are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any disputes will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Mecklenburg County, North Carolina.

12. PRIVACY

Information collected from entrants is subject to Sponsor’s Privacy Policy. Entrants who opt in to receive marketing communications may unsubscribe at any time. Opting in to marketing is not required to enter or win.

13. WINNER LIST

For the name of the winner (available for 30 days after announcement), send a self-addressed stamped envelope to:
